Flavors
In my opinion, a cake should taste as good as it looks! I have recipes that are tried and true – from my doctored cake mix recipes, to my delicious homemade buttercreams – using the freshest ingredients available. I use whole eggs and pure vanilla in all my recipes – if you would like “bridal white” cake, please specify and I will use clear vanilla and egg whites. If you need special modifications made to the cake recipe – such as low fat, diabetic, or gluten-free – let me know. (Be aware that such changes will affect the texture of the cake.) Traditional Buttercream (wedding cake icing - sweet, can be iced very smooth) - choose vanilla or chocolate
Cream cheese Icing
Whipped Buttercream (rich whipped icing) - choose vanilla or chocolate
Fondant Icing (firm, sweet icing with a beautiful matte finish) - vanilla (chocolate is available -taste and texture is like a tootsie roll)
Filling Flavors - Sheet cakes are not filled unless requested (extra cost)
